Nice new hotel in a decent location with lots of nice restaurants near by. A little bit out of town but not too difficult to get in to the centre. Very attentive staff who were always there to help.

As soon as I walked in and was greeted, I understood why this accommodation had such a high rating. The first thing is that the boss will contact me in advance to know my arrival time, and then pick me up downstairs. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in. The boss showed me my room and introduced the facilities of the house. The whole atmosphere is just like being at home. The boss's service is also very good. Breakfast was very delicious.

Our first trip in Marrakesh was wonderful because of great and professional stuff of the Ari Boutique hotel. The room was clean and we had everyday cleaning service. The breakfast was delicious. The reception managers were very helpful and polite. We arrived at 01:00 am, so beforehand I had ordered airport shuttle service. The driver had been waiting for us at the airport’s exit , when we went outside. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Riad and the staff were very helpful and nice. Great location near to famous places and to the market. The staff tried hard to make sure that we feel comfortable and like home. Aziz and mansour in reception were very friendly and gave us perfect tips and information about culture and places to visit.

    The property was amazing excellent and so big very good for families or groups of people and is child friendly especially the pools, slides and so many activities for both the old and young. The food, drinks very nice. It was my 60th birthday 15 family members surprised me to this wonderful resort Younes and team were exceptional he went an extra mile. Our 9 days were well spent. My grandchildren would love to come back.

    We really enjoyed our time at Hamid, this is a family friendly place, we stayed with our two small children and had a comfortable stay over. Hamid knows the neighbourhood, staying at his place is also great in case you are looking for a local guide to explore the surrounding mountains. We strongly recommend.

    Honestly everything was great. My son loved the kids club and aqua park. The food was really good always different and loads of choices. The animation team were unreal, so kind, talented and made sure everyone had fun. The night shows were beautiful and entertaining. This place is perfect for families. So much to do all day long and it’s so big. Would definitely recommend and go again.

    the staff were very friendly and accommodative to all our requests.. we travelled with our one and a half year old toddler.. they provided us with crib for baby.. and the hotel was baby friendly in general .. highly recommend for families !! spa and hammam service in the riad was very good!!!
