Warm staff, very polite, amicable, we felt welcomed and like around family. Room was clean and spacious, decor was beautiful,, beds were comfortable and plenty hot water. The atmosphere was very family oriented, couple families with kids were having a great time. Food was delicious and entertainment a plus! They took us by very well treated camels through the dunes and received us with an amazing room and dinner.
