Excellent, would definitely recommend. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. Friendly host. Location is good, you can be in Essaouira quickly by car. Supermarket is close too.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a few nights, wish it was longer. One of the most genuine and authentic experiences we've had. Ibtissam and Val welcomed us and showed us around the qaint village of sidi Kaouki. We spent days in the sun surfing and having dinner with the locals- basically taken in like family. The hostel itself is beautifully decorated with homemade authentic furniture, not to mention the beautiful pool and fire pit outside. The breakfast they make you is super filing and full of authentic Moroccan cuisine. Such welcoming staff and friends at the hostel. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Amazing place! We stayed for 3 nights, hoping to surf. There were no waves, but we had incredible rest time in this place. Beautiful, quiet, perfect for relax. A lot of rooftops that you can find some privacy and relax. Food is delicious, staff is extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for having us! We will be back for sure

Gérard and his staff made me and my teenager son feel like home at once. Warm , accurate , always available and helpful. Attention to details : we had fresh flowers ,from their lovely garden, in our room. The food was amazing: fresh stuff every day prepared with love by Hanane . Neima always spoilt me for breakfast: omelette , coffee , té menthe… Gérard is an unbeatable host, warm at heart and taking care of us with a lovely discretion. The pool , the garden , the hall, the room , the bed … a nest that we will truly miss .

The riad was amazing, with lots of art pieces, colourful, great energy, with adorable pets, amazing breakfast, delicious fish tagine, deserts and a great wine. Maryam and Jalil are marvellous hosts. They were always there for any of our requests, how to get to beach, transport to/from Marrakesh, transport to/from Medina, printing our boarding passes, restaurant recommendations, they really went above and beyond our expectations. The pool was always clean and warm, mainly to those windy days, it was very comfortable and great to chill in a warm pool, after a long day at the Medina. We strongly recommend staying with the Tamayourt.

We liked it here so much we came back for another 3 days! Yves and Carolina were perfect hosts. It's tranquil and lovely, beautifully designed and decorated, with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was always delicious! Cannot thank them both enough for our wonderful stay.
