Pool and Animation Staff is fantastic, fun activities and great shows in the evening, especially loved the Aqua gym each day. Many choices for food if you book more than 4 nights you have the option to dine in the 3 A la carte restaurants. Staff at the restaurants are very polite and attentive. The receptionists Assia and Hanae went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room. Waiters Hamza, Ibtisam and Hafida were especially welcoming. Our daughter had great fun at the kids club and mini disco with Dounia, Lisa and Chama. Also great to have nurse Rabab on site for minor injuries!Guest review byKateFamily with young children

Location is good with access to the clan sandy beach. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Fatima Zohra at check-in. Food was fine - buffet style and plenty of choice. This hotel is a large resort with a kids club and seems popular with families. Lots of entertainment around the pool for children.
