Munir, the guy at the reception, and Rachid, the tourist guide were the best. I really recommend staying here and if you visit Fez just get Rachid to show you around, he is the best!! He will show you around, take you to the best places, tell you all the stories and history of the place and make your journey an incredible moment. It was clean, the room was great, the location was great to explore the medina and the owner was very nice. We came in the hotel at 2am , organized the transportation, welcomed us at arrival, helped us with the bags.. The breakfast was very very good.

Moroccan-owned, historical and professionally restored riad with super nice rooms (the duplex room in particular was amazing). Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast (honestly, both much better than some of the highly rated places of Google Maps / internet). Generally the whole historically preserved luxury yet cool vibe was nice. Also, they were super helpful with arranging transport and day trips at short notice and good price. Best hotel we have tried in Morocco so far!

Everything was great. We got upgraded to a better room for the same price. The room was spacious, the bed was good, the aircon worked well. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were very helpful. The location was good - easy walk to everything in the medina, and easy access to taxis.

The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction.
