Although I did enjoy the fact that everything necessary was present and there were welcoming soft drinks, Idid enjoy something else the most: the very friendly exchange of information with the host. Although she could not be present in person, all communication went flawless and warm.

We loved the atmosphere, the pleasant little green oasis around the common area and swimming pool, and the beautiful view of Pinel Island from our bedroom. The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. An extra plus was that we were able to borrow kayaks for paddling. Marion was also a fantastic host, taking care of everything we asked for. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable appartment with nice seaview. Equipped with all the amenities you need. We loved the bed in front of the balcony door, so we woke up with the sunset. Very quiet surroundings and a very nice beach walk to La Village at Orient Beach. There are no parking facilities on front of the building, but you can easily drive your car in front of the building to load and unload.

What did you like: Everything. The villa is amazing. The rooms are all very spacious and nicely furnished. The outdoor area is really beautiful, with nice views overlooking the area, to the South-East, towards the sea/coast as seen in the photo(s) which is a true portrayal. The infinity pool is very nice and slopes to about 1.8m (weak swimmers beware !). The villa is in a gated community and close to the aéroport/airport. A taxi to/from the airport, or the beach, is 15 Euros each way. There is one double bedroom which sleeps two people, who have exclusive use of the site/villa.. The bathroom is very nice and had a nice large shower and also a jacuzzi. There are large TVs, with many channels and Netflix, in the large lounge/dîner and in the (one) large bedroom. A lady lives on site and is very happy to assist as required. She is so kind and helpful. I have booked the villa for 2 nights on my return to Saint Martin and I cannot wait to go back.

Very bright appartment, basic but well equiped, great location(even if you don't have a car for few days, beach in about 5minutes walking, also market not too far), and rather quiet location. The host was very friendly, willing to help (we had a problem with induction hub, and he came with in 15mimutes to fix it. Also parking Just right there. Would defenitely return

The hosts are amazing!! The location is incredible because there is a 10 minute dirt path to the beach. 20 minutes away beckons multiple chic restaurants. There is a balcony overlooking the lake and it's great for lounging at anytime of night or day. Marie gives amazing massages as well! My sister and I loved the cute and unique place.
