The lodge is situated in a very special spot in Canyon Matka. You have a beautiful view from the terrace of a spacious 2 bedroom appartment with a big living room and a kitchen. All is clean, newly furnished, with a touch of art and good taste. We felt cozy and welcomed. The hosts are super nice, communicative and friendly. Ilija was also helpful with tips for visiting the Canyon. We were their first guests, and we can only recommend the place for all other visitors - either couples, or families (we are family of 4 people). Get ready for a pretty adventurous drive up the hill to get to the lodge, however we managed with Skoda Rapid (no 4WD :-).

This is, hands down, one of the best placed we stayed in ever. The comolex is gorgeous, beautifully stylized, and spottless. The best part is Diana - the niceset and best host we ever had. She also has the cuttest dogs ever.

With my experience, I can say this is the very best apartment at this price level anyone could imagine, possibly in the world! The large space, the beautiful decoration, the quality of everything, the bathroom and kitchen finishings, the complete equipment, the little details, everything was excellent! It really puts most other places to shame for its excellent quality and the kindness of its owners. It's a short bike ride to all downtown and there's nearby parks and stores. It has been an absolute gem of a stay. Thank you!!
