When you first walk through the door, you are greeted with a beautiful garden which is both warm and welcoming. To the right you have a well with an assortment of herbs which the owners encourage you to use. To the left you enter into the open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is very well stocked with herbs, spices and utensils. The welcome pack includes water which, after a long journey, is very much appreciated. From the dining room you enter the TV room via an almost castle like stone arch. The TV room has an assortment of books and games as well as a TV. It is very welcoming and it is visually very pleasing and soothing to the soul. From the garden you have 12 stone steps which lead the two very large bedrooms and the bathroom. The steps have a banister of succulents which drape over the sides in a delightful (safe) manner; an oasis of colour and fragrance. The two bedrooms are uncluttered but practical with a good amount of cupboard and wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and the master bedroom includes a ceiling fan. These keep the bedrooms cool and comfortable. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There is a small charge for the use of the air-conditioner. It cost us about €1 per day to use. We especially liked the fact that from the bedroom you get a wonderful view of the garden and you get a variety of colours as soon as you open the door. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a washing machine. The washing machine is one of the best we have ever used. There is a generous amount of towels and toiletries. The property is extremely clean and very inviting with excellent WiFi signal around the whole house. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and are only a telephone call away. They love to help and they make you feel as though nothing is a problem. You may think I am waxing lyrical but you really, really have to experience it for yourself to see what we are raving about.

Good, spacious, clean room with everything that you need (they even have a towel for makeup removing). Super-friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast (we didn’t expect) with beautiful view, good assortment and tasty food.

Everything was perfect. Location, near every good bar and restaurant but still quiet. Size of the room, amenities found there (like everything to make traveller's life easy). Bathroom, shower, bed. The halls smell so good! procedures to check in and check out even self done, pretty easy. And breakfast.. amazing!!! complete and with good staff to help.

A perfect accomodation for a couple of days at Gozo! The Lodge are just a short walk away from the harbour, and buses passing just outside making it easy to get around the island. The breakfast and facilities are also high standard, for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful with luggage or other services. Our favorite accomodation at Malta.

Best accommodation during our 1 week trip around Malta and Gozo. Nicely renovated bulding with pool and beautiful view over the valley. Friendly owners, delicious breakfast. Walkable distance to the village center. Room was Huge with comfy bed and AC.

This is one exceptional butique guest house! It's simply beautiful. We were told it has been lovingly and single handedly restored by the owners! Realising this it made us appreciate it even more. Our hostess Grace made us feel at home! What a lovely lady! Thank you for the wonderful breakfast you prepared for us every morning. We were spoiled for choice! As a celiac, I felt I was in safe hands. Also, one evening, we stayed in, and Grace prepared us for a lovely plater of Maltese delicacies accompanied by a bottle of local wine. Perfect night looking at the well-kept garden and the simmering blue of the pool water...

The accommodation is unique, it dispose about everything you need and much more. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Monika prepared an absolutely amazingly rich breakfast, which was different every day. In addition, she entertained them with music, so it was a great start to the day for us. The swimming pool is cherry on the cake!
