We were particularly thankful for the small pool after a long, hot day of travelling. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. When we asked about restaurants, they directed us to a nearby restaurant that made excellent local food. The rooms are perfect, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start for the day at Chichen Itza.

Luis is an exceptional host and his property is amazing. He was super communicative before and during our stay, and was there to greet us when we arrived. The bungalow is located in the jungle, surrounded by beautiful trees, plants and birds. There isn't a better location if you want to be in close proximity of Chichén Itzá! The bungalow was stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. Luis is an incredibly generous and thoughtful host: he offered my partner and I fresh squeezed juice upon our arrival, and tea before bed. He was super accommodating to diet restrictions (1 of us is vegetarian), and in the morning he had a delicious breakfast spread waiting for us. (He even sent us on our way with leftovers!!) Luis is super knowledgeable about the area, and he provided us with so much helpful guidance about getting to the nearby attractions. We loved our visit so much and highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Luis!!

This hotel is heaven in Pisté, totally unexpected gem in this little town. the staff is great, the pool beautiful and well maintained. The room had 2 double beds, was super clean and quiet, with AC. Coffee and cake available for breakfast, fresh drinking water station, free secure carpark. This is good value for money. The owners have parrots, other little birds and dogs which our kids enjoyed. good restaurant with local specialties and affordable near by

The resort is a 5 min drive from Chitzen Itza so you can get there at 8 am and miss out the heat and the crowds. The hotel has a lovely green garden and the restaurant is good and overlooks the garden.

Very nice house, very close to Chichen Itza. Instructions were clear. Checkout was at noon, so we visited the site at 8 am (be there early!), and afterwards, we could use the facilities until noon. Rooms were clean, and the toilet at the small garden was cool :). Kitchen well stocked, maybe the best in Mexico we encountered.

The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....
