The room was fabulous - huge, giant and comfortable bed, big shower, great AC. Lovely pool area. Owners were amazing, treated us like family, nothing was too big an ask. Lety and Carlos are the kindest people that made us feel super welcome. They catered to all of our needs and we felt really at home. If you plan to visit places outside of Merida (denotes, beach, temples), I highly recommend to stay here. The vibe of the hotel is very relaxed, the food is delicious and the rooms very beautiful and comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. we’d happily have stayed a few more days to relax. They were incredibly attentive to our 7mnth old baby and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were all happy. the pool is a great bonus to take the edge of the heat!Guest review byEddieFamily with young children
