Martin, Israel and Ivette from the front desk were amazing. Sebastian and Meli from te restaurant very kind as well. Miguel our driver to the airport also one kind human being. The location is the best ever. It is located right next to the US Consulate, a fes steps from ASC and right in front from Clinica Medica Internacional. Rooms nice and comfy. Breakfast is very good, great variety. Menu options also good. They take you to the airport. The gym, a bit small, but it works. The terrace is lovely. The computers you have helped us a lot too. Great service from everyone, and I really mean it. It´s a very complete hotel. If you´re going to the US Consulate, you must stay there. This is the place.

The different options of the breakfast plus the customer service. The location was convenient, it was my first time in Juárez and I felt safe in the zone, the location close to different restaurants is convenient as well.
