Everything! I'm a 52 year old experienced traveller and I can honestly say this hostel ranks as the best I've ever stayed in! The decor is classy, and functional, I would love to have a home this cool! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the owner Andrea who checked me in was so helpful and and welcoming! The location is perfect, slap bang between the bus station and the main Plaza in the centre of the town so not too far for either! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful! The whole ambience of the place makes all the guests so relaxed and in turn makes it so easy to talk and get to know your fellow travellers! I've never got to know so many people in anyother hostel than here! This ain't a party hostel, I do like a party don't worry about that I'm Scottish, but I didn't feel that I needed to party within or missed it at all such was my enjoyment of my stay here! HIGHLY IMPRESSED, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GO! VAMOS! 11 stars!

A particularly sophisticated little guesthouse, every detail is perfect. It was a surprise to us that they pay so much attention to everything. I can only recommend it, we regret that we only stayed for 1 night.

Amazing place! It looks even better than pictures! Rooms/bathrooms are really clean, there is everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Service is even 10+, pool is cleaned all the time, they are always there for you to answer questions or help. It was a real pleasure to stay in this Villa!

The property is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well facilitated. It is bright, cool, and the restaurant, bar and pool are lovely. The staff provided the best service we’ve had on our holiday and went out of their way to fulfill every request- we had many as we were not well organised upon our arrival.

I love the interior design it is a charming and beautifully decorated place.small cozy hotel with everything you need in Merida. Cameral breakfast: delicious and very good coffee Absolutely recommend! Worth every penny (I loved the decorations in the garden and the room in the bathroom, next to the wall - phenomenal idea to put the plants between the window and the wall!!!! Love it!!)

Great hotel in a perfect location for us. The staff were very friendly and professional and made our stay even better. Great breakfast and a good little gym. The room was spacious and very clean.
