This hotel is beautiful! We loved how the suite was decorated. The pool area was great for relaxing in the afternoon. It's small but I think the hotel only has about 7 rooms and we mostly had it to ourselves. Jose and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. AC worked great in the bedroom and living room where our teenage son slept on the foldout couch. The beds are on the firmer side which I usually don't like ,but I actually slept really well. It was easy to walk everywhere, just a few blocks from the main plaza areas.

Having towels included, early check in, general flexibility and chill nature of the staff were great. Also right next to bus station and taxis and a short walk to the main square which had a load of great street food stalls and little markets dotted along it.

My room was excellent- had everything I needed , refrigerator, coffee , iron, large space, WiFi. Excellent staff. The owner was always checking in so there was great communication and very helpful.

The property is perfectly located to access all that downtown Oaxaca has to offer. There is a beautiful park across the street with food vendors and kids playing. The courtyard is filled with chairs and loungers that you can enjoy during your stay and the pink walls with the cacti make for a really nice ambiance. The rooms have very comfortable beds, nice linens, and the bathroom is super clean and spacious. There is 24/7 security making me feel very safe as a single female traveller and they had strong wifi that worked in the room and courtyard when I needed to work or catch up with friends. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful but what was really outstanding was the staff, all of them. They made our stay memorable. My daughter wad the flu and stayed mainly in the room, and she was taken care of :) Staff went the extra mile.
