Everything! The pool, staff, double bathroom, beds, hospitality, everything. It was honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and we loved our stay so much. The building was also so unique and was a mix of historical and modern with ruins and original walls. It was also a very short walk from all the main streets. Highly, highly recommend.

    Perfect location, quiet, all the family speak very good English and they are very nice people. A rooftop terrace from where we could watch the sun setting up behind El Popo was a nice bonus

    I had a corner room so I had two balconies looking out to the beautiful old town of Puebla. The bed was comfy and the bath tub in the room was unexpected and fun. The shower was huge and had a beautiful window inside ! I didn’t take advantage of the restaurant inside so I can not speak of it. The location is a short beautiful walk to the Zocolo. best bang go the buck. I will be back!!

    Casa Pepe was a great stay for me and my family! The location is amazing. The place is better than in the photos, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the robust facilities in the hostel. We would have liked an early check-in, but arranging it was not possible. Overall a great stay!

    Very comfortable hotel in a lovely old building. Big, comfortable bed, hot shower, decent wifi, nice outdoor area, and very welcoming of both people with pets and people with families. Also a great location and easy parking. Overall, a really good experience and excellent value for money.
