I stayed in the early week so the place was really quiet (this of course could change at the weekends when there are more guests). The kitchen area was really handy to make coffee/hot drinks, and the shared lounges were great, though I never actually used them. A real selling point is the nice peaceful garden and balcony areas that are available to use.
