Check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were all polite and courteous. The recently renovated interiors of the room made for a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. Every switch, every socket, every remote control and every tap was working perfectly fine and that was the best part about the stay. I enjoyed the good selection of TV channels on offer as well. The hotel cafe was a good way to relax and enjoy the views of Mount Kinabalu outdoors. I went during low season so it was a quiet and serene stay for us.

Amazing location in Kinabalu Park. We stayed in a Peak Cottage and woke up to a wonderful view of Mt Kinabalu. The cottage was perfect for our family of three. Great to have a separate lounge area. For us, this was a stop over between Sepilok and Kota Belud. It was perfect for the night and a reprieve from the heat. Lots of information on walking trails in the area. We choose to visit the botanical gardens, and they didn't disappoint

    It was a family run lodge, everyone we encountered was very friendly, supportive. Even though they do not offer the laundry services, they let us use their facilities after the kids got car sick and we were in a pickle. Greatly appreciated. Also, they offer water refills which is very ecological.

    Booked two rooms here, a family room and 2 bed room. Luckily both are on the ground floor, next to each other. So convenient for us with small children. There's a shared kitchen available, complete with rice cooker, air fryer, fridge, cutleries and kitchen utensils. Love the view even though not facing Mount Kinabalu, but still breathtaking view.
