Our stay at this homestay was truly excellent, far beyond our expectations. The spacious layout and homely atmosphere made us feel extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. The house was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. The surrounding environment was peaceful, offering us privacy and a relaxing experience after a busy day. Very neat and clean house at 2nd floor of a shoplot. Located in the center of Kudat town, very close to shops and eatery place. The host is very helpful and kind. He provided us with some info on interesting places to go as well as things to do while in Kudat. Definitely will stay here once in Kudat with family again.

Hidden away this was an absolute gem of a place - total luxury in a quote location back from the beach (only 2 min walk). Plenty of space for family of 5, large Ned rooms with fan and AC, clean bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and of course the pool - magical. The on-site team of staff were very attentive, each morning breakfast was prepared for us to order, whilst the pool was cleaned and the garden racked and tidied - couldn’t fault the service.

We had a wonderful stay at Tampat do Aman- Howard was so friendly and helpful, he showed us around and gave us recommendations what to do and where to eat( Inas café is really good). He cares about the local culture and environment and there is also a little museum about the people there( the Rungus) and their culture. We overall can really recommend staying there!

I never make time for reviews but this place deserves it. I booked 1 night, stayed 3, wish I could live there...Amazing location, beautiful quiet beach (and ok with beach campfires), massive portions of delicious homemade food at super reasonable price (easily accommodated vegetarian but would love to serve you fresh seafood), comfy and safe place (solo female traveller here and felt 100% comfortable at all times), many activities depending on your wishes. One of the best snorkelling locations I've ever seen (Belize has nothing compared to Banggi island!!). Best of all, I felt treated as a guest/friend rather than a source of cash. Host Romeo really went out of his way to make me happy. Cannot say enough good things....just go for yourself and you will be amazed

We loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming with coconuts waiting for us. The house was just stunning and had everything you could think. It was so quirky and great fun, my boys didn’t want to leave this morning. It was a great location for exploring but also in the middle of the jungle. We will definitely be coming back thank you
