The hosts are very friendly and all staff are eager to help and cater to your needs. We had the family chalet, which has more than anyone could need. Although breakfast is included the challet itself is equipped to be fully self catering. The lodge is quiet and the units are spaced appart sufficiently so that you feel completely private. We have never experienced such kind, helpful and fun staff at a lodge before like here. Sandra, André, Lydia and everyone else made our stay to an unforgettable one. The view from the pool as well from the restaurant on the waterhole is just so relaxing and our dinner was a 10/10. Rooms were big and a everything is in a brand new condition.
