Everything. Incredibly beautiful accommodation, tidy, beautiful and very comfortable. The owners are a very friendly dutch couple. And as it already mentioned previously: the breakfast ist F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!! Serioulsly, this breakfast is much more tasty than any hotel breakfast, made with love and with plenty of delicious regional products. It made my day. One of the most pleasant stays I´ve ever had. I´ll definitely return.

Basically everything . Hosted by Saskia and Lars, who have created a little oasis in NW Overijssel. Excellent! To be honest, this was the most affordable accommodation we booked during our trip, but I truly feel that we received the best service here. First of all, Demi, the hostess, provided impeccable service. She is very attentive, and this was clearly reflected in the spotless cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and even equipped with shower gel. The bedding was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find some tea prepared for us. The overall environment was wonderful, and parking was very convenient. As travelers, having such thoughtful service makes everything much more relaxing. Demi is not only beautiful but also kind and approachable, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also delicious. I am sincerely grateful to her and hope that more people will recognize and appreciate this lovely place.

The place was very clean, the view of the area, sitting place in the yard, the rural area was perfect and peaceful, home was equipped with full utensils. The wooden home was very beautiful, you could smell of wood when interning in the home first time, place for making fire in the yard was also great.

The accomodation part is very new and extremely comfortable. The reception and restaurant are a former milk dairy and beautifully converted. This is an upmarket establishment. The staff were friendly and very accomodating of my dietry limitations (gluten free and vegetarian), the food was excellent. The atmosphere with other guests was very pleasant. The location is a dream, next to a river with boats, ducks (lots of ducks) and the Friesian air quality made for a great night's sleep.
