I missed his instructions for checking in and phoned him up. After his explanation I got into my room without problem. Yet he still showed up within a few minutes to see we were ok. My stay at 49 Balgownie Estate was truly impressive. The facilities were spotless, spacious, and very well set up. A highlight was the board games, which made for such a fun time pass. It was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting beautiful Whanganui. My family especially loved the peaceful location and the gorgeous flowers surrounding the house.
