Good mix of omani, middle eastern and western guests. No resort like people. Great courtyard garden and shopping mall providing an excellent supermarket. Lively day and evening but not bad in any way!

Fully furnished appartment, they provided every thing from A to Z. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for allowing early check in and late check out. Generous staff.
