I took a gamble on this hotel as it was brand new and didn't have any reviews yet. It far exceeded my expectations! The room was large, clean and well equipped (even nice extras like slippers), and everything very modern (smart switches and international plugs, for example). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee and dates in the lobby were a nice touch. The manager even showed us to our room and made sure we were settled in. Excellent value for money. Would 100% recommend!

The room was exceptionally spacious. The bed size was really huge and comfortable. Wifi connection was good Everything was really clean The staff especially the 2 receptionist (Omani lady and Indian boy) were really nice, very pleasant,kind and helpful. They really deserve a appreciation for the way the provide service. I would say they are the main asset of the hotel.

    Apart from that one guy at the reception, the location, the view, the place and the mall below are a bonus. Great place to stay with family especially if ur into working out, it does have a huge gym to look upto.

    We had booked accomodation for family of 4 people. We got two rooms for 2, but it was possible to open doors between rooms and make it a family appartment. Wery usefull. Great bed, large and comfortable. Nice spacious rooms.

    The rooms are spacious, Clean. Staff is delightful and eager to help. This is the best affordable hotel in the 3 star range for people (families) who want to go to Salalah from UAE with a stopover or overnight stay and leave for a long journey the next morning.
