The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rasha at the reception who made sure our stay was comfortable. The resort is very family friendly with restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The island restaurant, however, was spectacular with delicious food and amazing views. The location is okay, but the hotel offers car rental service. The aqua park and paintball park were a blast. Will definitely be visiting again.
