I had a bless. We had a midnight check in Night Auritor did a excellent Job exceed my expectation. As I am also a night auditor supervisor the Welcome was warm and welcomed. Thank you. Housekeeping excellent service and the breakfast station was extremely WAW. All around excellent service Hampton Staff 200% excellent service.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. I was in David for medical tests. Because my home is in Boquete, about a half hour's drive away, I decided to also run a few errands. My experience with fine hotels has been at conventions. I expect the restaurant to be fair, but overpriced. The Ciudad de David exceeded all my expectations in every way. The menu allowed a variety of tastes and prices. I eat small meals and most menus can't fit this limitation. Not only did I find fair prices, moderate quantities of food, and excellent tasting dishes, the serving staff was attentive and kind.

Natural breakfast, location is real good and very safe. Close to bus terminal and the centre as well. Highly recommended.

Staff were great, and really were vested in making sure you had everything needed. Room was bright and cozy. David is not a place for tourists really, but we were forced to stay due to road closures and unrest.

We stayed early April, it was almost the rainy season, the weather was outstanding. Jose texted us continuosly to coordinate our check in. He greeted us upon arrival, showed us to our tree house. it was dark so we didn't know what to expect. It was a super unique experience, the amenities were super nice, the bed was very clean and comfy. Jose was an outstanding host. He made himself available for anything, super helpful. They thought of every detail, like flowers on the table, the fridge was filled with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. the pool areas was super nice, the river is across from the tree house, so you hear it always. I would stay there many times again, we actually changed our plans we had to go hiking elsewhere to just stay and enjoy the place. it had bridges over the river, a beautiful trail around the property in the rainforest. it would be great for kids.

The value for the dinners was excellent. I ordered something different every night and each meal was excellent. There was a problem with the elevator going to the main lobby and the staff made sure that I was able to reach the main lobby with no issues. The staff only found solutions to problems.

Eibar, the owner and manager was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Given my late arrival time and long drive from Panama city, he was also very accommodating by allowing me to fill in the registration information form and payment the next day. He quickly helped me with my luggage and took me to my cabin upon arrival and gave me a brief explanation regarding the numerous amenities found in the cabin and how the microwave, gas stove ( with oven :) and air-conditioning worked. He then provided me with a key fob that had the keys to the front and back doors as well as a button on it to open and close the entrance gate. Prior to my arrival, he had already noticed that I was staying for an additional 2 months and allocated me a beautiful, and very spacious cabin overlooking the nearby Baru Volcano. The Cabin was fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer compartment, micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, and TV with ROKU streaming for Netflix, Apple TV and Spotify. Having a large overhead fan in the Kitchen/Living room, plus an overhead fan and air-conditioning in the very large bedroom with 2 double beds, wardrobe and bed side table. The outdoor patio, with look-out bench and scenic views of the Volcano and lush green forests surrounding it, BBQ and clothesline are an added bonus. There is a good size parking space right beside your cabin and if you don't have a car, there is a bus stop on the Highway to Boquete less than 300 m away where you can catch a local bus to Boquete that runs approximately every 45 minutes and costs about 75 cents. Apart from the excellent value for your money, the hospitality and generosity of your Hosts- Eibar and Lousa is exceptional.
