I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully mentained, with modern bathrooms that added an extra touch of luxury. One of the higlights was definetly the lovely terrace wich created the perfect atmosphere for relaxing or spending time with friends. Everything about my stay exceeded the expectations, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The apartment is large and very light, and was spotlessly clean. The value was unbelievable for an apartment with a kitchen which sleeps 3 people! There was even tea and coffee to use in the kitchen. Chivay is a small town but nonetheless the location was central and a short walking distance from restaurants etc.. The lady who let us in was friendly and helpful. The room got quite cool at night as the temperature in Chivay drops, however we were nice and warm under the duvet and blankets provided. I’d recommend staying here to anyone visiting Chivay!

Wow a fabulous hotel in an exceptional location. We booked a suite which had 2 levels which could sleep 4 people. The roof top terrace overlooking the river was amazing and great for star gazing. The jacuzzi bath was huge with amazing views. The thermal baths were lovely and warm and a great place to relax and unwind after a day of travelling. It was so peaceful and tranquil we only wished we could have stayed longer

The place was tidy and clean. The host was really nice and responsive. We liked the stay.

Everything. The owner is so lovely. He really gave us the feeling of being at home. The room was great. With heating, hot water and a very comfortable (albeit hard) bed. The outside area is so inviting and so green for such a deserty area. The guy could also cook very well. We had great food there, I was wondering how he could do alone everything what on this very elaborate menu. But he could and it was the most delicious food. Summary: It was a perfect place and the owner is just amazing.

Wooow. Just amazing. The room, the food, location, property, restaurant! We also went for a horse ride and the massage was fantastic.

Very lovely people, we felt like visiting our grandma. Very nice clean room, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Perfect spot to experience real Peru and start point to get to Colca Canon.
