Then they gave me an old room, many insects, noisy aircon and dust everywhere, old wood bed. Dirty under, which is bad for my child because he has dust allergy and asthma. I complained the next morning and they were accommodating and friendly and gave us a new room in the new building. It was not big but what important is clean and new. I was satisfied. The room did not disappoint. My extended family was allowed to stay during visiting hours and we had a fun time. The hotel has everything you need - shops, restaurants, play area for kids, spa, casino. The staff was also amazing and accommodating.
