The breakfast was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we avoided the traffic from peñafrancia. We owe our Mom's life to the staff of El Sancho. The assist they gave us was amazing. She had to be sent to the ER in BMC and everybody knew what to do and how to to respond. Thank you El Sancho. We'll be coming back.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the underground parking, the breakfast spread, and above all the water coolers in every corridor. Very eco sensitive. No wastage of plastic. The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.

    Affordable price with responsive and helpful caretakers. There was water pressure issue and after messaging the caretaker they were quick to deal with it. Extremely appreciate that they were accomodating of our check-in times. This place is very suitable for those travelling with friends. While toiletries was not provided, there was a convenient store just down the same street selling soap and hair shampoo. Netflix was provided.

    Spacious rooms. Good food and good restaurant service. Housekeeping was very good. We were a family of 13 visiting from the UK. We had 5 rooms among us all. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of Asian food. RJ's Buffet is good value. Rolando, the restaurant serves good Chinese food. Good spa facilities, ample gym machines, and child friendly swimming pool.
