We were the only 5 guests at hotel when we stayed with 8 staff looking after us, so amazing experience. All staff were very polite, honest and helpful. We didn’t lock our rooms once in the 3 days we were there (might be different if other guests there). Chef would come and personally take food order for us and change bits as needed for our kids. Faizan bhai on front desk was one of the best guys we met during our 11 day trip in GB. Always on hand, and didn’t leave our side until we slept. Even off duty we were able to get hold of him to sort out water one night. Also special mention to amjad bhai for his local knowledge and the chef who can cook many cuisines confidently. Beds very very comfortable and showers nicely done. Balcony seat was really nice to sit and chill. Would wholeheartedly recommend to any family or friends visiting the area.

Hotel with fantastic vistas towards Rakaposhi (see the first photo). Very friendly and helpful host, with very good knowledge of the entire area. It is possible to arrange treks. We made a 3-day trek around Hopar and Barpu glaciers. Highly recommended. The trek is non-technical (the only difficult parts comprise crossing the lateral moraines of glaciers, there is also only a minimal risk of altitude sickness, since the highest point of the trek is at about 3400 m. The views of surrounding 7K peaks and glaciers are unforgettable.

The staff at Serena Hunza were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay specially Miss Soha and Miss Siddah were so friendly and professional. I recently had a stay here and it was wonderful. The glamps are beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally cooperative and kind. Breakfast was quite good as well. I highly recommend this place and will surely come back.

I honestly had such a great time staying here. The scenery was truly stunning, making each morning and night feel like a treat. The rooms were immaculately clean, roomy, and cozy, obviously cleaned to an extremely high level. One that the most notable points was the support staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and readiness to assist us with whatever we needed were second to none. They were indeed the ones who had a great impact on us simply by their being hospitable. The view from our room was absolutely amazing (big thanks to Mr, Azar with his warm welcome! He personally taking the time to show us the best rooms with the best views and he let us choose the room we like most! ). The property was huge, the garden was very well cared and maintained. Really picturesque setting. We loved the peacefulness of the property, a wonderful place to come "home" to, after crazy driving in the hustle bustle of the city. We met so many wonderful staffs, who then later become our friends. To name a few: Mr Niat Wali, with his bright cheerful smiles- very attentive, very friendly. He made us feel that we are the part of the big family, not just guests. Truly comforting. Mr. Shahid Ali, talking with him was always fun. He made us laugh and and his customer service skill is absolutely amazing. We got the freshly picked cherry from these two gentlemen when we were there! special delivery to our room too! And we got the honor to meet and sit with Mr Ali, the owner of the hotel. A great man indeed, so much wisdom, so humble, and so much life experiences that he shared with us. Oh,The breakfast was one of the bests we had during our trip in Pakistan.
