Probably the first time a hotel looked better than in pictures. The exterior is a bright and freshly painted white and red. Interior has a rustic, cottage decor, with traditional wall hangings and rugs. My upgraded room had an accent wall draped entirely with cow (yak?) hide fur. There is a terrace to enjoy the view of the mountains, and I was lucky to enjoy this place in the off season of February, while weather was not bad at all. The ride and walk up to the 7th century Buddha carving in Kargah was very pleasant, and the driver told me lots of things about the area. Overall, very homey and friendly, family-run guesthouse.

I really enjoyed my stay. I came partially to write and partially to travel in Hunza. I've chosen this place because it's garden and village area and I got what I wanted. Pisan is extremely calm and safe and the Amin family invested in fast internet, among the best in the area. Therefore the location is great for digital nomads (disturbed only by passing cows) and families, whose children can run around while you can sip your tea. Abid, the owner, is a great cook and he will cook whatever you ask him to (I hate spices and he made for me food that had to be entirely tasteless for a Pakistani, but great for me :) ). Behind the hotel start several trails - I walked up to the Pisan glacier and it was wonderful. And last but not least, Abid and Asif are great hosts, friendly, respectful, and nice people who took great care of me. Thank you guys!

The staff and their warmth, their hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They accommodated our requests in every way possible and made sure that we had a relaxing evening after our long travel to Gilgit. In fact, a few days later when our flight was cancelled, they welcomed our group and allowed us to wait at the hotel, even giving us a complimentary room to rest in. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Very close to the bus station and ideal for resting after a long bus journey. Very clean. Spacious and pleasant outdoor space for socialising. Helpful staff who speak English well. I recommend.

Host was fantastic very knowledgeable and was happy to help whenever needed. Location of facility is very safe and easy to access. Food was good we had lot of meat on our travels in Hunza then Raahi hotel offered Daal and rice which was yummy. I loved the setup of the place . Nice balcony and comfortable sitting area to watch TV.
