We booked Hampton by Hilton as we had organized a tour the following morning to Auschwitz. The hotel is approximately 35 mins walk to Auschwitz or 5-7 mins by taxi. (It is also approx 1 hour drive from Katowice airport) There is some retail stores close to the hotel (in a small retail park). Hotel is centrally located, staff were very kind, friendly and helpful and the receptionist Malwina arranged private transfer from Katowice airport to the hotel late at night. Room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists also recommended us places to eat and so did our taxi driver. We visited Portobello Italian Restaurant for late lunch which was excellent and approx 15 mins walk from the hotel. I would return again to stay at Hampton by Hilton, I highly recommend it. We enjoyed our short stay and a special thank you to Malwina for all your help regarding the transfer to the hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Villa Astra - Apartments & Restaurant in Osvetim. The property is beautifully maintained, with a charming garden and cozy gazebos. The rooms are air-conditioned, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of fresh, local flavors, and dining in the garden was a lovely experience. The location is convenient, being close to Auschwitz and other local attractions. I highly recommend Villa Astra for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Bright and clean space that is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed to cook a quick meal. The outdoor terrace was lovely and sunny in the mornings. Large secure parking and access to washing facilities were a big bonus too. Around 20 minutes pleasant walk to the town centre and museums. Very friendly host! Would 100% recommend

It was walking distance to the Auschwitz museum, very clean and the bed was comfortable
