It was yet another repeat visit to Sierakow, this time with a group of 12 close friends. It was wonderful to see the ongoing improvements in this lovingly maintained, exceptional estate house. We have wined, dined and tasted the home wodka brews ;-) All impeccable! Some very memorable dishes served by the chef! My personal favourite was the wild boar tagliatelle (homemade). The rooms are spacious and exude an old world elegance and charm. We were also lucky to hold a private chardonnay pool party on one of the last warm das of this summer.
