Peace, surroundings, animals, facilities & fantastic hosts, wonderful piano playing, little meringues on arrival, tour of property, secure property, suitable for children as there are swings, cubby house, trampoline, outdoor fire pit, patio area out front of entrance, boat at one of the 2 ponds which are safely fenced. Seeing deer up close was amazing and each morning I would see new Mole Hills appear as we don't have them in Australia. If you want to experience a peaceful time in modern surroundings this is the best place.
