We fall in love with this place! Every detail is just on its place. So big room, with nice carpets and the interior was breathtaking. Nice quiet little spa area. Walls were soundproof and a/c was powerful. Best food selection at the breakfast, so good tastes. Already miss this place and would definitely come back in other season.

The hotel was amazing the receptionist was super friendly and we felt very welcome. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also perfect, not far from a hiking track and also you could easily walk to the centre of Zakopane. Breakfast was also great, limited but still good. I would definitely come again.

    Nice location. Full functional kitchen and gas grill. We were two families, and for each family, we had a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. As well as one common banquet room. We were happy we chose this place.

    A view of indescribable beauty from the balcony! Great patio furniture with cushions and even a blanket. The apartments are very nice and cozy! There is everything you could need, even a capsule coffee machine, to drink a delicious coffee with such a view. Really enjoyed staying at this place! The children wanted to stay here. We asked to move in as early as possible and they very friendly accommodated our request, which was especially convenient for us after an overnight trip with small children. Thank you!

    One thing is for sure - the stay at the Radisson Hotel is worth it. Clean, nice, and quiet, the hotel offers everything what a family with 3 children might want to have during their vacation. Nice swimming pool, both for kids and adults. When it comes to meals - there is no limit on what the hotel offers. The advantage is also plenty of fruits, vegetables and juices. If you ask me whether I come back for more - yes, definitely. Thanks for a gorgeous stay! See you soon.

    we had a very nice family vacation and everything went very smoothly. the staff was very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. the apartment was absolutely what we expected and we loved the whirlpool after our days on the slope. breakfast was freshly made every day and the entertainment room was wonderful for the kids. thank you very much for the wonderful time we had.

    Excellent hotel, cant really fault anything , great location, really cosy, friendly staff, child friendly. the room size was great plenty of space for our family. there is also a free spa area, distance to the beginner slopes area is only about 300 meters, I will be back for sure.

    The location was good with nice mountain views from apartment #3 that we stayed for three nights. We also booked apartment #1 for family during our stay. Parking available next to apartment. The apartment was small but layout and functionality was good for family of two adults and two teenagers. Sauna facilities were also a good facility offered. Communication with property agent was excellent and prompt.

    Super kid-friendly hotel, they have an amazing, well-equipped palyroom inside and you can ask for baby highchair, baby cot and baby bathtub for your room. The restaurant also pays attention to the little ones, they have kids menu, baby tableware, high chair and a small drawing corner with a kid table and colorful chairs. The hotel is close to ski opportunities, sled slopes and other restaurants too. Very nice staff also!
