The security staff on the premises were exceptionally kind. Parking was convenient, and the apartment itself was very comfortable, featuring stylish furniture and a large, modern smart TV. While the elevator (run down and malfunctioning also very slow) and staircase felt a bit unsettling, the apartment’s fans, air conditioning (three separate systems) and fully equipped kitchen more than made up for it. The bathroom and two sets of towels were a nice addition for comfortable stay. Also the exchange with the contact person was very helpful.

    So great!!! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the Luquillo kiosks and the beach. The hotel is really clean, the pool is lovely with lots of pool chairs in a mixture of sun and shade. The hotel restaurant is actually affordable and not super overpriced! Staff were extremely helpful. There is also a laundry room which means you can pop on a load and sit by the pool while you wait for it. Highly recommend!!
