Family hotels and homes in Ponce

Me and my Family loved EVERYTHING. Starting with ALL the Staff, the accommodations, the food, location, everything was very clean, adapted to guests with special needs and always willing to help.

We loved our room with a balcony that attached to our kids' room and the lovely common outdoor sitting area. Location to main square is excellent.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful to arrange for our refund. The location was very good, located right at the heart of Ponce. Parking was easy, on the street, but the hotel reserves a couple of places for the guests.

Absolutely nothing. As soon as i got into the room i went down to the front desk and ask them to cancel the second night and refund the money since we were leaving to another hotel for the second night. The only reason we stayed the first was because there was no other empty hotel because of an event. The only good thing about it was the girl in the front desk (Atalia) who was very nice to me when i said i would’t stay there. She was understanding and said she would make the refund for the second night without any problem.

The hotel had a kid friendly pool and the rooms were a good size.

perfect place with kids. I especially liked the pool, the buffet options and the friendly staff.
