Nice clean and comfortable apartment in a great location with quick access to Funchal and other places. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could park either on the street or in the garage which has a reserved parking spot, which is convenient as the streets nearby were sometimes full.

Good location, 10-15 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes to the supermarket. Nice big apartment equipped by everything which we need for comfortable staying during 9 days. Modern furniture, comfortable beds. Contactless check-in with clear instructions, good communication with Angelica. Nice pebble Garajau beach, equipped by sunbeds and umbrellas. The price of one sun bed and umbrella is 3.5 euro. It would be better to have swimming shoes. We enjoyed our staying in Fenix Garajau apartment and will recommend it for our friends. Next time we would like to come back here

Great host, always helphul if you need anything. Apartment is very clean, nice terace, rooms are just what you need. Kitchen is well equipped. I recommend this place. Also you have parking that belongs to this apartment. Very useful if you have a car.

very large and comfortable apartment. all furniture in decent condition and beds in every room have good mattresses. the apartment is located very close to a really unusual and interesting beach. The staff gives very detailed instructions on how to get there and all the necessary information When we arrived our rooms were not completely cleaned and therefore the whole cleaning took less time than it should have. When I wrote to the hotel staff and asked to repeat the cleaning the next day, they responded very politely to my request and our room was cleaned a second time. For this I give the highest score for service
