Definitely not a 3 star hotel, deserves much much more. Perfect location, 20 min driving to airport, Faro, Lagos, Albufeira and other places around. Great staff, very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and had a nice smell. The rooftop pool was also clean and comfortable to spend some time there. Personally had an incident there and staff and the property owner were there to help us until resolved. Very thankful about that. Other than that, we had our flight back home very early in the morning and they prepared for us breakfast boxes with everything in it. Absolutely recommended, and for sure we will be back again

Lovely place, right in the centre of Loulé. Beny the owner is always there to help you and give useful tips. The room is very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The area is very quiet though close to the high street.

This is a lovely and clean small house. There is super secure parking for motorcycles behind a steel gate. Very modern fittings. There is a tub to sit in outside which was lovely after a day riding enduro bikes in 38 degrees. A 15 minute walk into town.

    Perfect location, top floor, good views and air flow, generous size, would easily accommodate a family of five / two couples and a single. Didn’t hear neighbours at all. Everything there, kettle, iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

    The villa was very big and had a lovely garden and swimming pool and very private. The villa was only a 20 minute walk to the harbour and a supermarket and by car was 30 minutes to faro, the kitchen was very spacious and as a family with older kids we wasn't on top of ourselfs and plenty of equipment to get by for the week.

    Reception and cleaning staff were polite, lovely, friendly, willing to help, which was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation clean. Great choice of breakfast, something for everyone. Location wasn't too bad but wouldn't recommend for families with small children. There was street entertainment at night. White party etc.

    We booked this family owned hotel almost by chance because we needed a place to stop after our flight to Faro. We loved the position and gave us the possibility to explore the beautiful city center! The check in was very smooth and the owner, a very kind lady, decided to give us an upgrade so that the kids would have been more comfortable! So kind! Thank you fo everything!

    wonderful place away from the busy streets of the cities, where it is actually possible to recharge and relax. I like very much the warm swimming pool and the possibility to use the outdoor grill. Owners extremely kind and helpful. The whole family (2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 10 years old) really enjoyed the place. Loulè very easy to reach (10 min) and Faro about 25 mins away

    Clean house, kitchen has all utensils you need. Dolce gusto coffee machine. The house is perfect for a big family or group of friends with children. Carlos organized a fence around the pool as we were traveling with young children. Excellent playground on the premises with some shade and a space for the parents to sit down and relax. The farm is full of orange trees and the oranges were delicious. The kids enjoyed visiting the animals, in particular the ponies and pigs (with piglets at the time).
