A very well equipped roof-top apartment and unbelievably kind and helpful hosts :)

Brand new! Very warm hosts that took into consideration all details for a perfect stay. The room is well equipped. The pool and barbeque area looks very welcoming although we could not use them in our short stay.

This is a little piece of Paradise - if you like the peace of nature. The lovely owner welcomed us warm heartedly, showed as accurately around the place telling us also about the story of the old mill. He briefed us about all we needed to know about nearby shops and restaurants, and gave us usefull recommendations of fantastic sights to visit and fresh fruits from his garden to eat. The beautifully reconsidered and renovated old water mill and its annex buildings right next to the curve of the river create an absolutely unique atmosphere to chill and relax. This is a wonderful place to stay, which is far from any crowded place, yet near to anything you might need to stay comfortable. Quiet and peacefull, you can enjoy the sound of the tiny waterfall all day and night long, find pleasure in the nature: crystal clear river, fishes, birds, woods, colorful dragonflies. The apartments are nice and stylish, very well ecquiped, clean and comfortable. Yet nature comes in with you: strangely the apartments are always full of flies. A mosquito net on the doors would be quite useful, or you have a great chance to get friendly with the 30-35 little flies, what are always in the rooms with you. :D My partner became Don Quijote - and was fighting against them pointlessly for a while, but finaly he made peace and became friends with them, too. With a little sense of humour you can easily handle them, I think, as they don't bite at all, it's more like strange than disturbing. There was only one thing that bothered us: the fustiness. We bought some natural incense, yet unfortunately upcoming mold is a real problem all over Portugal. All in all it was a superb experience for us and we would definitely return back again.

Location is good, close to the train station and many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff of the hotel are warm-hearted. Room is clean and WiFi is good and stable.

Cozy. Comfortable. Convenient. Clean A pool so good for swimming washes away fatigue. Paulo was very kind and friendly and even a dog can be a good friend. Breakfast was prepared with such care and was delicious. Paulo's explanation of the history of how this place came to be makes me feel even more attached to it. The villages offer a trip back to the Middle Ages, and a visit to a third-generation dessert shop is also a delight.

Perfect. Clean house with pool, living room amd kitchen. We were lucky, because we were there only guests and all house was ours. Great owners. For this money you wont find better place

It’s a windmill converted into an accommodation, with a beautiful deck overlooking the vineyards and nature. The host went above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. And it’s right on the Camino, just 20 minutes walk to Rabaçal. A great retreat for the mind, body & spirit.

Beautiful place surrounded by serene nature. Delicious personalised breakfast and lunch/dinner upon request made with fresh vegetables from the garden. Jacuzzi on the terrace. Ines, Carlos and Fernando are very friendly and also give you a tour to tell a unique story of the place. It's a place unlike others, with real heritage and soul. And make sure to book a massage - it's done in the forest, by the pond, and felt like a real treat!
