i loved staying at Quinta da Roda for a couple of reasons. It's located in the "middle of nowhere," and I loved how getting there itself was an adventure. You'll love the drive up there, it's so beautiful! also the staffs. it's a family run business so from checking in to welcome tea and homemade snacks, it's handled with care and you can tell. Very friendly, attentive. the room was neat, spotlessly clean as well. highly recommend staying here if you're around Peneda Gerês National Park.

Absolutely everything, perfect location and hospitality by owners and all staff too, the service was faultless and second to none. The greeting upon arrival made me feel very welcome, the decor throughout was beautiful. So tastefully done and exceptionally well maintained. Amazing place to stay with a lovely pool, games room and even a dog to keep you company. A park and football pitch to keep the children happy and entertained. The apartment was clean with air conditioning and everything you need to be self catering. The rooms had a fridge to keep some bits in and it's own bathroom. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Close to Braga and Porto, supermarket is only 10 minutes away.

My partner and me felt very comfortable and welcomed by the host, Paula. She was very lovely and welcoming. She was very helpful and flexible. The house was very comfortable and with a lot of amenities. We loved to stay here! The nature around was very beautiful.

Great location, recently renewed, and very friendly hosts. There's a good river beach 10min walking, and the swimming pool is pleasantly warm during summer. If you are on a workation, the included wifi works great.
