Approaching the property I was a little nervous as it is just off a main road in an industrial area, but once you are inside the gates the whole place is beautiful and tranquil. Meeting the alpacas was great, and they also had kittens which was an added bonus as we love cats. The hosts we friendly and attentive without being over bearing. Food was simple but very nice with large portions. I had forgotten (since booking) about the hot tub and the sauna, so that was a lovely added bonus. It was lovely to sit and listen to a storm in the barn area.

Very clean, the hosts are friendly and always on-site — no need to complete a quest just to get into the place :) There’s a small kitchen with everything you might need, plus nice little touches like sponges in the bathroom and bottled water left by the hosts — all of this adds a cozy and welcoming feel. I especially want to highlight the convenient location: for us, it was an overnight stop on the road, and being close to the highway was a big plus. Despite the proximity to the road, it’s quiet — you turn off the highway just for a few minutes, and there’s no noise from passing trucks. It’s ideal for those traveling to or from Ukraine — no need to enter a city and waste time getting in and out.

New hotel, pleasant, innovative, fun design without fancy stuff. Quiet. I'll be back again next week. There is a nice terasse on the first floor with a beer dispenser (chargeable ). Pleasant neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby, one right across the road.
