The hotel was excellent! They opened soon and everything - from check-in to check-out - was exceptional! The staff was very hospitable and the room was cosy and quiet in spite of the hotel being in the very city centre.

I highly recommend this place! Not only is very well located but the staff is amazing, I arrived very late and they offer my a option of private taxi that pick me and in the end when going to the train station I was not able to call uber and not having Serbian money, the staff exchange my Euros and call the taxi for me For a solo travel, specially woman, this things means a lot I think for the price there is no better option

Very recently fully and richly renovated so all is new and perfectly clean! Centrally located, with a beautiful view towards the waterfront. Great breakfast with many food varieties. Staff is super helpful and polite, they accommodated several requests perfectly. Rooms are spotlessly clean, very well isolated. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

We liked everything about the hotel: the family room, the breakfast, free internet, staff, etc. It is not close to the center, but for us the location was great - close to the location of our business meetings, surrounded by beautiful forrest, and several supermarkets nearby. Great location if you need to take a rest before/after airport. Direct bus from/to. also can be used for going to town. However, if you plan to visit city center, it could be too far to travel every day. Apart owner was very responsive for early arrival as we need our baby to have day sleep.
