Located few steps from the town center, at a busy street, yet far enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem. The room looks exactly as on the pictures - quite modern and new. They mean business when they mention soundproofing. And that comes from people, who are very sensitive to unwanted noise. Heating works great - it was a pleasure to check in on cold October night to a warm room. Water under the shower is burning hot, bed comfortable and the staff... We were looked after by a lovely and warm older gentleman, who did not want to hear about us leaving without some fruits from his garden. We would not look elsewhere if back to Niska Banja.

Huge beautiful comfortable house! The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee machine with taste coffee), a lot of dishes and glasses, big fridge, dishwasher! Fast internet! Powerful air conditioners (quickly heat up the house,if you visit it in winter). Clean sheets and towels.Wonderfull mattresses (you sleep like on a cloud:)! The fireplace is amazing! View of the mountain from the windows! Silence! Helpful owners helped us light the fireplace and prepared the barbecue! Parking is on the street near the house. Everything was excellent!

What an oasis we found! This delightful, clean and comfortable cottage. Lush green grass and beautiful river was like a dream. Easy access to the river for swimming or fishing. Comfy beds, good wifi, charcoal bbq for each cottage. Alexander the host, what a nice and helpful guy!! Thanks mate, you are doing a really great thing here, and an amazing host with pride of place. We are already planning our return! Will stay longer this time :)

The hosts were extremely hospitable. They had stories and tips to share. About the place, it has everything you might need. It is not modern but appliances work perfectly well. It is 15 min away from the center of Nis, with car is totally doable, I wouldn't have experience with public transport. The fact that it was far also contributed to less noise and closeness to other places, like Etno Dom Kafana in the mountain. We escaped from the heat of the city and had a nice homemade meal there.
