very clean, we arrived very late in the night but the owner was kind and gave instructions for self checkin. it was warm inside since outside was pretty cold and it was very comfortable. we will chose this location for sure in the future

Our stay at the apartment was excellent! We arrived at the property at 10pm at night and only half an hour after we booked through the site (we had a reservation at another property in the area which we checked in and out of because of the incredible dirt). Marianna's accommodation was very clean, beautifully decorated and with very functional spaces. Mariana and her husband helped us get food even though it was late at night, they also gave us pizza to bake from their own house, they treated us excellently and were very kind and welcoming! In one word: Phenomenal! In more words: We traveled to Belgrade for a Rammstein concert. There were a lot of complaints on the internet about unscrupulous landlords canceling reservations and then releasing them at a much higher price. I was worried about our booking until the end, but everything was fine! The communication with the landlord was friendly, easy and fast. The studio itself was perfect! I have never come across a room that exceeded my expectations, but here it is! Everything was super new, super clean, tidy and tastefully done. It had everything one could need - even a cooking area! For me, the room corresponds to one in a 4 or more star hotel! I'm sure I'm forgetting something else that made a good impression on me, but I think what I've written so far is enough to choose the studio for a great stay!
