The hotel has a childrens playroom with professional staff watching them. The breakfast was excellent, lots of food to choose from, and not the same every morning. Loved the pool and spa, after 6 pm adults only which is great since you can leave kids older than 3 years old at the playroom and have a relaxing evening. The staff was helpful, caring, and ready to help any time needed. They even provided us with accommodation that could be easily accessed and that provided us with enough space to enjoy our stay. :) Keeping in mind that the weather was rather cold, it was warm in every room. What is also important for this kind of accommodation, the place is based in a rather quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our second time visiting as a family, the rooms are excellent, food is plentifull and delicious and the spa best in the Balkans. The staff is also very helpfull and polite and also you get shows and entertainment for the kids and music for the adults in the Lobby bar at night.
