    They did not allow female in swimming pool. But no were mentioned in booking.com No proper service, even for tissues we have to call reception. House keeping deviate everything to reception. Reception many folks don’t speak English and they ask us to speak in Arabic . No respect or welcoming behaviour for customers. They did not provide free extra bed for kid even though they mentioned free stay for children. If it is at least big single bed we could have manage. But it is 2 small bed and they charged 100 SAR for extra bed.

    Everything in the hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoined our stay. Breakfast was really good and the cleanness of the hotel. Very nice GYM with professional machines Good kids room (playground) The swimming pool is too small and good for kids only Services prices are affordable, such as coffee and laundry

    Location was perfect as it was across the road from Rashid Mall. Rooms and beds were clean and spacious. Free tea and coffee available at reception. Gamesroom was fun for the family. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked clean with a paddling pool for kids.
