The location was excellent, with a family and small children this location is perfect as you dont have to walk far for haram or to get food.

Very near the haram if you have a family small children ideal as it's a lift away to the mall.

Very nice hotel, big clean room with all the room facilities one would expect from a big hotel chain except for a very very poor WiFi. Excellent breakfast. Very good location at a short distance from one of the haram entrances but being on the hill and at a traffic junction it is very crowded and may not suit for families with small children and old age people but still manageable. Very good staff. A big food court is also nearby. As a bonus, alharmain free train shuttle service pick up and drop off stops are just around corner.
