The house was already warmed up (we were there in February). Everything necessary for a family of 3 to spend the night was available (kitchen, bathroom, bunk bed (2 places below and 1 above). We arrived later than stated in the Booking, but it was not a problem for the owner. The house is very remote in a beautiful mountainous area.
