More clean then most expensive hotels. Everything is settled with care about even tiniest details. Renato is probably most kind host which I meet ever. Free parking in front of house is wide and very close to apartments. House is beautiful, also surrounding. 10+

The location is equally great midway between Triest and the Vipava wine valley and close to the caves. The village has good amenities. And the host is fantastic and so kind!!! The breakfast was excellent I was able to order egg of a variety of my choice which was omelette which was delicious. The variety of food was very good including sparkling wine for breakfast. Your used plates were taken away quickly and orange juice or other beverage inc sparkling wine were waiter service all good. Our room was excellent large shower room etc lovely fluffy towels etc.. we had 1 of only 2 large superior rooms with a balcony that over looked the swimming pool which we used.There was a restaurant which was excellent they also gave you a 10% discount voucher the food was amazing . Excellent parking towels available for the swimming pool for a deposit of €20 which was understandable.

Really nice place, lovely owners, would love to go back. The studio is not very big, but it they designed it to make such a great use of the space that it feels much bigger. Bathroom is great, rain shower fantastic. The patio is absolutely beautiful. There is a parking space for guest at the front of the property, but the owner allowed us to park our car inside because a big storm was predicted for the night - super nice! They also gave suggestions for dinner in the area. Warmly recommended!

Lovely owners, charming estate, great restaurant within walking distance. The places to visit in the Karst region are all close (Stanjel, caves, river Reka, Lipicca…) We also very much enjoyed the horse carriage ride.
