A beautiful guesthouse in a magical, quiet spot. Roger and Louise are absolute legends! I completely overcooked it hiking over the mountain that day and to arrive to a home cooked meal, a cold crispy beer and some great conversation was perfect. Roger also helped me out with a lift the next day - thank you so much to you both, felt so looked after. Just note there is no shops or restaurants in this remote area - it’s wise to accept the additional offer of dinner!

This place is in the middle of a beautiful valley and walking distance to several waterfalls. On our arrival the daughter of our host walked with us to the viewpoint to the waterfalls and we immediately visited one of the falls (20 min walk). Perfect place for those who would like to hike in the Isonzo valley. The interior of the house is very stylish, well-organized and the house was very clean. The beds are comfortable. This is a perfect place for relaxation in the middle of nature. We would have liked to stay longer but the place was booked :(, still the two nights we stayed there was fantastic.

The property was clean, modern, well equipped, and in a great location. Quiet. Carmen was quick to get back to my messages (was a last minute booking) and she is just so lovely and accommodating. There was cold juice and snacks waiting for me when I arrived. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hostess was amazing and very welcoming. Everything was clean and the garden is beautiful, nice place to have breakfast. Short walking distance to Tolmin downtown. The road there is quite steep, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Apartment was located in 3 apartment building for guests - during our stay we were the only ones, therefore nobody bother us or did we. The pool was great refreshment! Otherwise - quite remote area. The apartment had a conditioner in the main room. Bathroom is located next to sleeping room (so, no privacy for adults, if kids are walking through the room for bathroom :) ). The bathroom was quite warm place due to the water-boiler which heated up the room a lot, meanwhile the water stream was uneven from hot to cold, but it wasn`t too critical - maybe some upgrade for boiler would be needed. Kitchen rather small and basic - if hosts would place there some salt & sugar, it would be great :)
