What a perfect location! After several attempts of contacting the hotel staff I had to go to another hotel near by because was exhausted after all day travel. The Manager contacted me the same evening, offered his apologies, full refund and free breakfast. We met the next morning, had a nice talk and he explained himself. Very good approach! Everything worked. Arrived in a heatwave so the A/C was very handy. Washing machine is a big plus in this apartment, our holiday would be ruined without it. Area is nice and quiet, just a few minute walk away from a lake and restaurants. The town center is only few minutes with taxi. The beds were nice and comfy.
